If less than 24Hrs notice is given to cancel an appointment a fee of £20 will be charged

The initial assessment session

The initial session is for the counsellor to check out if the client is suitable for counselling and whether the counsellor is competent to work with what the client is presenting. The client needs to have enough information to make an informed decision that the counselling is appropriate for them and that the counsellor is the right person for them to work with.
